  Ridiculously slow line due to cashier not being able to understand/enter orders efficiently. It took us 3 times telling him we wanted 2 shakes and a sundae. This person needs to be given a job somewhere other than the cash register. When we got the chocolate shakes, they both didn't have any chocolate in them and had to be remade.

  Understaffed. Took way too long for my food to get prepared. No reason anyone should be waiting 30 minutes for fast food burger and fries. There was one girl working both drive thru, and lobby, and that is unacceptable. Reading the reviews, this has been an ongoing problem here. You are driving customers away, and making your teams jobs miserable and difficult when you fail to staff for business needs.

  I was in San Marcos this afternoon for family business and went through the drive-thru. I got the #1 w/out cheese. Ricardo S. waited on me and was extremely courteous. The fries tasted lukewarm and were a little soggy. As I got down into the pack I noticed that there were hard, little scraggly pieces like someone had scooped up from the bottom. Since I was in a hurry I didn't have time to go back. The hamburger was ok but next time I'll get cheese on it. I'm a little disappointed in the food quality.

  I would like to appreciate Amanda who went above and beyond excellent customer service. The best Dairy Queen i have ever been in and i have been in a lot of them. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Thank you Amanda for you making my little grandson smile. You are very kind and professional.

  The service 10/10 everything was wonderful here especially Alexis H. She was kind and Polite and helpful, great employee y'all have!!
