    Good quality was great, this is nothing on the cooks! Absolutely embarrassing how management and cashiers barely care enough to check the sticker they slap on the bag to ensure everything is in the bag. When brought to their attention they were rude, didn’t give all items that were missing and wouldn’t allow us to speak to a manager. Will be contacting corporate about this experience.

    Me and some friends went to eat here. I ordered a burrito and I was shocked at what I received. The “burrito” wasn’t even enough to be folded properly. They do not give full scoops for your protein, beans and rice. This was the smallest “burrito” I have ever seen. This is horrendous, any customer would be disappointed, the owner and employees need to give what the customer buys, not be ripped off by getting less.

    I came here for lunch, I ordered a burrito. This was the smallest burrito I have ever received from chipotle. They don’t even give you a full scoop for your protein, rice and beans. The worker had trouble folding it into a burrito because of how small it was. The owner and employees have to do better, they definitely need to work on the portion because that’s ridiculous of how small the “burrito” was.

    Very disappointing experience. I had to get my sleeping baby out of the car and bring her inside, only to find out that Chipotle was out of nearly everything. There were only two employees working, and a third employee was sitting outside smoking a cigarette. From the conversation at the counter, it sounded like the employee helping customers didn't even know where the grill person was. To make matters worse, multiple customers ended up walking out after being told it would be over 30 minutes before more food would be ready. I understand that shortages and staffing issues happen, but this level of unpreparedness is unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to make the trip, especially with young children, only to discover there's barely any food available and an excessive wait for basic menu items. Management needs to do a better job of staffing the restaurant, keeping ingredients stocked, and communicating with customers before they waste their time. I really would like to speak to someone higher up, because now I have gone to a second location and now they are saying they are out of everything, also they had their entire lobby and drink station broke down. I work in food service as a GM; this is extremely unacceptable. The girl at the second location said I’m sorry guys it’s been a day, well guess what I had a day too. I just wanted some food. I’ve now made two trips. To two separate locations, wasting gas and time. To end up with absolutely nothing.

    We've ordered from this location a few times now and each time the quality of food has been very good! The only complaint that I've had was the portions have varied by a noticeable amount despite placing the same order. Overall the experience & quality has been great and will continue to order from this location.
