  literally every-time I'm here I have the worst experience, I will now be going to the other San Marcos location, something is always wrong with my order and the employees always have the craziest attitudes. Whoever was working around 5-6pm on Aug 31st had no regard for customers, why were 4 employees drinking out of the same Starbucks drink on the front line in front of customers?? while people were waiting to finish their order/pick up their orders? I had to wait for my already completed order just because of this behavior and listen to talk of how badly these workers wanted to go home. maybe do your job so you can go home on time, rather than talk to each other and ignore customers? My quesadilla had no cheese and was literally burnt to the aluminum wrapper. Previous times I have had missing beans, missing guac or queso, and even a missing entree once, yall have me dead. Everytime I bring up my missing items, the employees just roll their eyes at me like im the stupid one. I work in food service and would be reprimanded so quick for this i fear.

  The steak at this location is consistently very dry and hard to eat. The kitchen always seems to be short-staffed, which makes the whole place feel pretty chaotic. Every time I’ve gone, the management doesn’t seem very involved. The floors are messy, and I’ve seen one person working the entire front while managers just stand around watching and having side conversations instead of helping. It’s frustrating because it seems like the staff is doing their best, but there doesn’t seem to be much support or organization from management. Hopefully things improve because the overall experience at this location has been disappointing.

  Savanna was the GOAT! Me and my awesome polycule came in and she helped us out when both of my partners spilled queso all over my lap! Super friendly environment, food was amazing and the music choices were on fleek! Will definitely be coming back.

  5-6 people working in the back while only one employee serving customers. She was prioritizing probably 4-5 online orders while we watched and waited but then a line of customers in store backed up to the door. Manager guy finally started helping after I said something to him. Tables were a mess, not sure where all those customers were going to eat. They were out of a lot of drinks. Seemed like no one cared and manager certainly didn’t take pride in his store. Only person who seemed to give a hoot about doing a good job was the single line worker. To bad. She probably already quit.

  It’s was bad for me cuz I get off hospital I did stop by this restaurant to buy 2 bowl and took so long to get my food cuz 2 people was serving a big line also making digital order in the line and their digital area was close not making anything in there totally close with lids at 7:00pm it’s ridiculous also given to me attitude how you guys think I felt, also messed my order not listening
