  The rice and chicken were extremely salty. I could actually taste raw salt on the food, which made it very hard to enjoy the meal. Really disappointing experience.

  Worst Chipotle so far. Always late to open and they give no toppings. Would recommend the newer location in San Marcos

  So to start, I usually go about maybe two times a week because it’s close to my job and a quick way to eat during my break. What I have noticed is that they always run out of chips by 7pm and also by 10pm they typically run out of cheese, lettuce, gauc, white rice and some proteins. The managers are never in the front and usually sit in the back or do side work even when the line is super long and there’s only one person on line and cash. Next is most of the workers tend to have crazy side conservations that borderline are concerning with jokes that can be offensive. The outside eating area is never clean as well. Most of the workers look so miserable and dead I feel sorry for them. When I have been able to get chips they are typically stale. I also see that most of the time there will be no one in front and then the workers will be in the back waiting. I also have noticed that they typically don’t wash their hands or even sanitize when switching gloves or when touching other surfaces. Overall it’s been not a great experience.

  This is by far the LEAST consistent chipotle I've ever been to, and I come from a city where none of the restaurants ever meet company standards. I have a few stories of this one by now because only twice out of the maybe six times I've gone to this one have I actually had a good experience. First time I ordered online and through the app, there I mark everything as extra for the toppings that I do get, and they did not make it correctly. A second time I ordered online I got my same as always bowl; I walked to pick it up and opened it at home just to see they gave me the wrong protein and omitted other ingredients for what I can only assume the reason for being out of them. I didn't get a notification, nor was I told that my bowl was not how I ordered it when I went to pick it up. They just let me walk out with a dollar cheaper protein that I didn't want and half of the ingredients missing without saying a word. I have not ordered online since. Tonight I again went well before closing (this time and the time previous I had gone/placed my order between 8 and 8:30), and they AGAIN were out of several of their toppings, and had their limeade/fresca aerator shut down. There is no reasons for toppings to be low or out at 8 when Chipotle is open until 11, and same for having the aerators already closed down for the night and drying on a table. This chipotle is so hit or miss it's not even worth the convenience of walking to. Drive to the next nearest one if you're wanting Chipotle, seriously. EDIT: I'm coming back to add that EVERY TIME I've ordered chips from this chipotle they have ALWAYS been stale. That's unacceptable, food should not be sitting out for so long that it's gotten stale waiting to be sold. Make less at a time instead of just letting it sit there for HOURS.
