  After calling everywhere near for wait times (2-3 hour wait for a party of 11), we decided to try calling here, NO WAIT! Our server Hudson was awesome! The food was good and we enjoyed celebrating our graduate! The restaurant was clean, and the employees were nice! Hudson told us there was only one cook in the back, and he had our food out pretty quick!

  I've been here multiple times and of you come in late at night, you can forget about service. It takes at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. The servers will make eye contact and scatter. This has happened multiple times over the last 4 months. I've NEVER been greeted shortly after entering... AND THE DINING ROOM IS EMPTY!!!

  Ordered the pick 6 for $20. Wings and food came out not hot. Sent them back and they said they make them again. Brought us new food, did not feel hot. Server said they just came out of fryer and the sauce is room temp. Cut one in half to eat and was not hot. Told them if just came out of fryer the inside would be hot. Said they would remake again and we declined. Tried to charge us for 2 teas which we barely drink. Not a good experience.

  I had an amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to our waiter, Americus. From the moment we sat down, he was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. He made sure our drinks stayed filled, checked on us consistently without being overwhelming, and made the whole dining experience enjoyable. Americus had a great attitude the entire time and handled everything quickly and efficiently, even while the restaurant was busy. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave helpful recommendations, and made sure our food came out correctly. What stood out the most was how welcoming and personable he was — you can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and making guests feel comfortable. It’s rare to find service this good nowadays, and Americus definitely deserves recognition for the effort he puts into his job. He helped create a fun atmosphere and made our visit one of the best experiences we’ve had at Buffalo Wild Wings. We will definitely be coming back and asking for him again.

  I ordered a take out at 7:10 and didn’t got there at 7:30 when it said it would be done and I waited for 45 mins to receive my order. I asked to speak to a manger to be given a gift card or something and I was told the manger was finishing something and she would be right up another 5 10 minutes later nothing. So I just left definitely never ordering take out again from here again. Absolutely crazy!!! For now on I’ll be going to wing stop or pluckers anywhere else. I use to love Buffalo Wild Wings. I kinda understand why there going out of business.
