  Me, my daughter and her friend wald in for dine in. Manager on duty nor female employee did not greet us, just looked at us a couple of times. We stand there for a good amount of time waiting to be seated. Female employee finally acknowledged us. When i advised her party for 3 and she states to me it will be about a 30 minute wait. I advised her if that is wait time for a waitelrees/waiter to go up to our table and she advised me yes. There was only 2 tables dining in at the time. Mind you a customer was already standing at counter waiting for a refill. I can not believe the manager and employee were okay with allowing a sale walk out the door. This could of been handled way better. It would of taken a couple of seconds to sit us down and get a drink order, why giving us time to look over meanu she could of attended to what she was in a panic over. I'm very disappointed on as to how the situation was handled. Definitely not returning to this location. We walked over to Stars and ate there. Not our first choice but didn't have any other option.

  I ordered for delivery one pizza and an order of wings. First, the pizza was undercooked, the cheese was barely melted and had the smallest amount of sauce. Then, I needed to put the wings in the airfryer for another 20 minutes for them to get edible. Finally, they delivered it 20 minutes after the said time. I hoped they have never closed the HEB Pizza Hut in Pharr.

  Muy buen servicio, apesar de que el muchacho ánselmo o salmón no recuerdo bien su nombre pero fue de muy buena ayuda al darme servicio. Agradezco su profesionalismo

  Dayaine was an excellent and attentive server, food was good but the lock in woman's bathroom needs to get fixed.
