  Don’t order from this location! Their customer service is terrible and they don’t follow through with their orders. They have your food ready there to be picked up but don’t bring it out to you till 30 minutes later. I ordered an online order at 9:30am for drive thru pick up breakfast and they didnt have the food ready. They told me to pull up to number 3 curbside. Waited 20 minutes and when I went in. The food was there on the counter. Never going to this location ever again.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE! Went I today and they never gave me my food only the drinks, so i got off to get the food and they were being rude saying thwy had given me my food already but they never did. Then they did a refund without telling me having me wait in the lobby for no reason.

  This McDonald's location needs staff training immediately. Unfortunately it is extremely disorganized and nearly every time I go the drive thru line has a long wait, person at drive thru usually lacks listening skills and asks to have the order repeated at least 3 times, they always make u park to wait for your order and they take way too long. Please avoid the disappointment and head to the McDonald's in Pharr on Nolana and expressway they are by far better organized.

  I'm sorry I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but this location is horrible. The staff is just waiting around talking while orders are sitting out. One has to go up to them to see if your order is out. Driver thru is worse you have people honking at staff to get their attention. Drive thru orders should not take 20 to 30 mins when you have 7+ staff working. For that wait time rather go sit at a restaurant. Then once they attend you they are rude? Yeah they need to Reevaluate this location.

  This McDonald's location is always in such a rush they're always forgetting to put something in the order. When you call it, it sends you to voice mail. And the greeting through the drive thru is very poor. They take your order like it's an inconvenience to them like your a bother and their custome service is below poor. If you don't like greeting ppl and taking orders (customer service) then quit your job.
