- AOAlicia OrtizSep 14, 20262.0I purchased hot dog bread and hamburger bread for a cookout I was doing at night and when I opened the bread there was lots of green mold i was upset do to the fact that all stores were closed and now i had cooked all this and for what we had no bread. I got on the phone and spoke to a very kind man called rigo he apologized and told me to come the next day and ask for him to speak with him about the situation. I came today and asked to speak to him and the lady at customer service just ignored my request and asked what I wanted to do with the bread. I asked again I was told to speak with rigo about the return of the bread but still no response she just kept asking what I wanted to do so I just returned the bread and left. Why even tell me to talk to someone if we just gonna ignore that. H-E-B is still my number one despite this disappointing experience.

Alas, I need to adjust from the courtesy and friendliness that is coastal Virginia shoppers to those who bump into my kid and can't be arsed to apologize. And, as in Virginia, Texas has a nasty cologne and perfume problem of enormous magnatitude. It's simply about educating oneself with dumping horrid, nasty chemicals on your body, what that does to you health wise, (try hormones disruptions and cancer), that it causes meltdowns for those autism, scary asthma attacks and tear-inducing migraines. Just take a bath. Soap, water. You literally need nothing else, save for unscented deodorant. Really. It's that crazy simply! C'mon, Texas, let's be better than Virginia! We can do it! 💪

The self checkout area is cramped. The station to bag your items is tiny. Each....item...had...to be...bagged...one...at a...time. (See how fast that is?). If not, the whole transaction comes to a screeching halt. The touchscreen didn't relay info very well for couponing either. Pretty tepid. I likely won't be back.
