    This drive-thru design is incredibly frustrating and honestly feels inconsiderate to customers who are respectfully waiting in line. Most of us were taught from childhood that you wait your turn and don’t cut in front of other people. With this “Linebusters will zig-zag to take orders” system, I watched a vehicle pass the line and effectively cut in front of seven cars that had been waiting patiently. Even if this is how Dutch Bros intends the system to work, it creates unnecessary confusion and makes customers who followed the normal line feel like they are being punished for doing the courteous thing. The problem isn’t the employees. It’s the design of the system. A drive-thru should have a clear, fair order where the people who arrive first are served first. Encouraging cars to move around and jump ahead of others is a ridiculous setup and turns something as simple as getting coffee into an irritating experience.

    I’m leaving this review a little late because I had to go to work, but I visited around 2:40ish today. The employee was a small blonde girl with glasses, and unfortunately, her attitude was horrible. She didn’t even allow me to leave a tip, which I found very rude and unnecessary. Management really needs to do better when it comes to customer service and how customers are treated. Hopefully this is addressed because the experience was very disappointing.
