- LALeela AAug 31, 20261.0The manager Ana should absolutely not be in her management position since she isn't able to actually help, she's relying on Gill instead of fixing an issue herself. Litteraly no one else on the floor to help us until after his lunch. We played the machine that's 10 bucks for play to WIN. We didn't win anything, just a few turns. So we wanted our money back just to get told it's not their machine, not much else she can do, call the number, and then told us to come back later for Gill. Unhelpful and we wasted money for a garunteed plushie we didn't get. Disappointed as we've came to this location for 10+ years and have never had this problem before. We miss Tim as well, he would've had this fixed in a jiffy 💙🥺 Edit: she came up as I sent this and said another manager claims this 10 dollar thing is just to encourage you to play. But when I look it up, it says it is not and it IS a guaranteed win. It's a system setting ON the game to make SURE you win. So we should've had a plushie.
