    This place is usually really good. Today I ordered ahead & there was no line or anyone waiting at the pickup window. One of the staff was going to make it. Until another staff member said I got it. As he was going to start someone walked up. He started taking their order & then someone else walked up & then another person. I never got my drink. Not even an apology or anything.

    Was in drive thru line on the left side was here first waiting for my order to be taking the person taking orders decides to go and start taking orders on the right side than takes mine last I’m definitely going to Harlingen now this San Benito Ditch Bros always get my order wrong they put caramel in my drink when the drink doesn’t even have caramel in it nor do I ask for caramel

    I absolutely love Dutch Bros! The majority of the employees are friendly except for the heavy set female in the morning. The female isn’t friendly at all. She always looks mad and don’t bother to ask a question about stickers (asked 3 different times) because it seems to bother her. In my opinion, I believe the men should shave and everyone’s hair should be put up in a ponytail with a hair net because they are working with food and no one wants to find a hair in their drink.
