- LLLabradorMan1 day ago4.0Was crazy and order dinner not realizing it was the Spurs 1 round playoff game...went to pick up and it was standing room only with people waiting outside for there order. Got home and was missing 4 wings from a 20 wing order. The wings weren't done extra crispy like I order and the basket of fries were a little on the lite side. Called and spoke to the very nice lady that said I could come back for a "reorder". I wasn't going back to that place during play-offs...LOL. She assured me that I could get my re-order the following day. Next evening, Jesse the Manager was there to help me and apologizes for the inconvenience...I told him not to worry because I saw how utterly crazy it was yesterday... Received my re-order, cooked exactly how my family likes and very satisfied with how it was handled...

The store said they’d send a new driver and to not place a new order. I called a while later and still no one had been sent to bring my order. At this point, they were about to close so I had to drive to the store to get my order. Now I would have left it at that, but the manager said she’d refund my fees for for having to call back and forth for the order and not getting delivery instead of conveniently placing the order online and it being delivered. I never got my money back.

The wings had little to no meat, were extremely small and it seemed they gave me old wings. It was tough and dry. The fries were definitely old. Very tough and cold.
