    I know is a franchise but it was a ridiculous experience. From telling her my name is Victoria and her telling me she butchered my name i was not expecting this. It took a while for them to place my 50 pc order. Asking me if I wanted an extra flavor to balance I dont know what out. The cashier and manager finally were able to charge me for the order. It did come out fast. But they forgot my fries and when I asked the cashier was holding a bag of cheetos EATING. I heard the cook say "The fries weren't ready why would you give it to her" she then proceeds to hold my fries with her CHEETO FINGERS MOUTH WIDE OPEN. She held my fries till I asked could I PLEASE have my fries and it took another coworker to tell her to give me my fries. Absolutely wild experience. Vercace.

    This place is horrible all they do with a full store full of waiting customers is laugh and play around the customer service is horrible they are in the back cussing out Loud as if they are not at work. They are very unprofessional this is not how you act at work the manager was here as well and not correcting any of their behavior it took forever for them to finish my food when I placed an online order

    I know some of y’all aren’t going to believe this… but this was my FIRST time ever eating Wingstop. 😅 I know. I know. Save the gasps. I’m 34 years old and somehow made it this far. But I’m not here to defend myself, I’m here to give credit where it’s due. The second I walked in, Michaela welcomed me with the best energy. The playlist was a whole vibe, and she was enjoying it right along with everyone else. When I told her it was my first visit, she looked at me like I’d been living under a rock. 😂 Instead of making me figure it out on my own, she started recommending her favorite wings and even shared how she likes her fries. I asked about the Mango Habanero because I wasn’t trying to accidentally set my mouth on fire, so she brought me a sample. Then Bailey jumped in to help me decide too. At that point, it felt like we were all working on a group project, and everyone was determined to make sure I ordered the right meal. 🤣 Then Olivia joined the conversation and shared her favorite wing flavors. I don’t know if this was customer service or a Wingstop intervention, but I was fully invested. While I waited for my food, I got to watch the FIFA match on TV, and before I knew it, my order was ready. Great food will bring people in once. Great people are what make them come back. Huge shoutout to Michaela, Bailey, and Olivia for making my very first Wingstop experience one I’ll actually remember. Y’all made a first-timer feel right at home, and that’s something worth recognizing.

    Soooo... place is filthy. Staff standing around. No greeting like welcome in. Had me waiting 10 mins for my food before they even asked me what my name was. I understand that the staff want to go home but the lack of customer service is appalling and they act like they could care less. Disgusting. Walzem is better. Makes me wonder if I should even come back because the staff are more interested in just hanging out than customers. Also clean up the blue cheese all over the bench and floor.

    I had a very frustrating experience at this Wingstop while picking up two DoorDash orders. When I arrived, I was told there would be a wait, which was completely understandable. After waiting about 10 minutes, both orders showed as completed, so I expected them to be ready soon. However, I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for one of the orders. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication. I was repeatedly told they were “bagging the order,” only to later be told they were still waiting on fries. If that was the issue from the beginning, I would have appreciated an honest update instead of being told something different every few minutes. While I was waiting, I watched several customers come in, place orders, and receive their food before the DoorDash order I was there to pick up. The order wasn’t even large, which made the delay even more confusing. I understand that restaurants get busy and everyone can have a bad day. I always try to be patient and respectful. However, professionalism and communication go a long way, especially when delivery drivers are trying to do their jobs and provide good service to customers. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers and delivery drivers have a better experience. God bless, and I wish everyone there the best
