  I ordered online on a Saturday night and was surprised when the site said it would be ready so quickly. Arrived to the location within a few minutes of when it said the order would be ready. Picked up the food and arrived back home down the street. I was extremely disappointed with the boneless wings, they tasted extremely overcooked or old. I normally don’t go for boneless but I was out voted. Fries were a bit undercooked which was surprising. All and all, not a good experience.

  Horrible experience! Not sure who took our order being that they didn’t give us a receipt but they got half our order wrong. We called and they said they would replace the chicken but not the fries because the fries weren’t messed up. So we inconveniently had to drive back to pick up the wings and let our fries get cold because they wouldn’t replace them. The male manger was very unprofessional and not helpful. I asked him so your saying we have to eat cold fries with our meal and he said yes. Seems like a bunch of kids running this place. Very disappointed

  I usually come here to hide from my coworkers; but there is an extremely nice and likely extremely underpaid lady with red hair that provides unbelievably high quality service. She has helped me navigate the menu, offered stellar suggestions, and provides unbelievably high quality food, especially compared to other stores. I have seen her professionally navigate tough customers, high volumes, and even myself with prowess I have not seen in a store before. 10/10 - give that woman a raise, a better job, and a hug.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Wingstop. I placed and paid for my order online, then waited nearly an hour before going to pick it up to make sure it would be ready. When I arrived, they had not even started preparing my order. After waiting even longer, I still did not receive my food. The staff told me I would be refunded, but more than two weeks have passed and I still have not received my money back. Poor customer service, poor order management, and no follow-through on the promised refund. Very frustrating experience.
