  Absolutely disgusting behavior exhibited by the girls taking the order and the manager herself. My order was a call in and the lady was so rude that after spelling my name for her, she still placed my order under the wrong name didn’t tell me how long my food was gonna take to be prepped and they spent 20 minutes looking for my order, which, obviously by this time, my order was cold and the manager wanted me to pay for my order before they would remake.

  Stop eating here. Chemical ingredients and so much seed oils. And they use Tyson Chicken, make your wings at home. They have attitude, app sucks and never have orders ready or done right. Shut them down.

  Took 45min for 11wings and a sandwich everyone was ordering and getting there food first while we waited forever for ours to sit inside and eat smh you would think let’s get our customers who are sitting inside and eating there food first that isn’t the case poor service on top of that food was cold fat thumbs down

  They let someone else take my order after I waited over an hour. Then they re made my order and the staff one lady in particular was so rude saying things out loud about me in front of everyone. I made the order at 9pm and didn't get out of the store till 11pm. Horrible staff and service. I had my son waiting in the car for the few hours I was in the store so there goes my gas ⛽️ as well. The staff didn't even apologize.

  My experience at Wingstop was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Not only was my wing order prepared with the wrong flavor, but when I brought the mistake to the staff’s attention and they acknowledged it was their error, the resolution was inadequate. Instead of remaking the order or providing a reasonable correction, I was simply handed lemon pepper seasoning and left to fix the issue myself. The customer service was equally disappointing. The staff came across as rude and uninterested in resolving the problem, which only added to the frustration. What concerned me most, however, was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dining area appeared poorly maintained, and I observed what appeared to be roaches inside the establishment. Cleanliness and food safety should be a top priority for any restaurant, and seeing this significantly impacted my confidence in the business. Between the incorrect order, poor customer service, and cleanliness concerns, this was not a positive experience. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location to others unless significant improvements are made in customer service, quality control, and sanitation standards.
