  Server was bad, and the crayfish was horrible. Straight tails, mush, and black inside. Forgot the sausage, and tried to charge.

  Everything was great. But apparently the general manager told one of the servers not to talk to me which I feel is so against customer service. All the servers are so friendly and I don’t feel it’s right for a general manager to tell a server not to talk to a customer for any reason unless it was affecting his or her job. Which a simple 1 minute conversation would not do so. I want to feel welcome at a place I choose to spend my money. This made me feel the opposite.

  We came for a burger and a beer. It was a nice day. We sat in The patio area. It was nice and clean. Burgers were tasty and beer was cold. Bella was our server. She was great. She was attentive, checked on us, and couldn’t have done better.

  It was Saturday night waiter 🏃‍♂️ running like headless chicken. I had to get my own refills, to go containers and carry bag. The waiter, Alex, would race by to pick up the receipt but never stay 10 seconds to listen to our needs. My Chicken Fried Chicken SUPPOSED to come with 2 sides: my mixed veggies and my mashed potatoes and they only served the main entrée and said "your mashed potatoes are coming soon." I finished my meal and 1 hour later, I was still waiting for my mashed potatoes in which I never received. It was a fast food restaurant environment that you require to pay a 22% tip for no service. Alex was running around and probably delivered my mashed potatoes to another table. Very bad dining experience and I should change my 2 🌟 🌟 to a 1 🌟.

  Food was good and restaurant was well maintained. Star of the show was Alissa, great server. Attentive and put up with my complicated order since I’m a picky eater. She’s truly a breath of fresh air.
