Server Alissa did a fantastic job, was friendly and professional, only 1 small miss hap. Nothing you can't get by with with good staff working together making things right for the guests.
That said steak was be best i have had since I was a young man 😋, just wasn't enough. Cook did a fantastic 👌 job definitely keep him for sure.
Soft melt in your mouth goodness that is worth a 300 mile drive.

I visited this location today and had a terrible experience. After placing my order, I sat at my table and my server Evelyn A asked if I ordered any drinks. I told her that I ordered a water cup, and she replied, “Uhhh you get those over there” and pointed me in the direction. After I got my food I asked Evelyn if my appetizer was going to come out and she told me she would go check on it. About 15 minutes passed and Evelyn came and asked me if I still wanted my appetizer so she can tell the cooks to make it. At the end of the meal when I received my ticket, I gave Evelyn my card to pay for the meal. She ended up swapping my card with another member of my party, and I was charged for their more expensive meal.
Overall, it would’ve been nice if my server was able to grab my water cup for me, make sure my appetizer came out before my main entree (or even came out at all), and charged me for what I ordered and not someone else’s meal. Everyone makes mistakes all the time and it’s understandable to do so, but this was way too many in just one sitting.

Now I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience quite like this. I mean it started off with the atmosphere and how beautiful that place looks and the environment just felt nice, and so were the employees, but the star of the show was Trinity. She honestly made my day 100 times better. I was already having a good day, however she matched my energy and recommended amazing food, and was just so kind. 🥹 I was a server once and just seeing someone that has the same energy but can still be professional was just absolutely amazing. 10/10 I WILL be back again. First time ordering crab cuz i usually make it myself from HEB and it was good texture, big pieces but definitely over seasoned. I asked for no extra seasoning but they did say upfront they boil it with seasoning and then add more seasoning which was completely fine. It still tasted over seasoned so I'll just remember next time not to order it which is no big deal cuz I know how to make it myself and of course everyone does have different taste buds. Used a coupon so it was all good but it just reminded me of my friends husband commenting when I asked for A1 steak sauce for the steaks he made. 🤔 now I completely understand what he meant. Server was friendly and burger was decent but accidentally got fries, no charge that were meh. So all good but doubtful id be a regular like some places. With a coupon, would try again of course 😊
My family and I recently visited Willie’s, and unfortunately, our experience was underwhelming compared to previous visits at other Willie’s locations.
Upon entering, the layout was confusing, and several guests seemed unsure where to order. The dining area also felt disorganized, with tables and chairs not neatly arranged.
For appetizers, my wife ordered the fried pickles, and I ordered the onion rings using a free appetizer offer through the Willie’s app. We also ordered waters for ourselves and a Sprite for our son. The drinks were actually one of the highlights of the meal—the water was cold and refreshing, and my son’s Sprite was served well.
For our entrées, our son had chicken tenders and fries, my wife ordered the Patty Melt with fries, and I ordered the Cheesy Smashed Tacos. Unfortunately, all of the food arrived at room temperature and lacked the flavor and quality we’ve come to expect from Willie’s. The sweet potato fries were especially disappointing, as they were soggy rather than fresh, crispy, and flavorful.
The customer service was adequate. Our server checked on us periodically and did a good job keeping our drinks refilled. However, there seemed to be some difficulty explaining how the Willie’s app worked and clarifying payment options and promotions.
Overall, this visit did not meet the standards we’ve experienced at other Willie’s locations. While the staff was friendly and attentive, the confusing layout, disorganized dining area, and below-average food quality made for a disappointing experience. I hope this location can improve its food preparation and overall guest experience moving forward.
