  We came into the restaurant about 30 minutes before closing. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry before, I completely understand that staff members want to go home at the end of the night. However, that does not make it acceptable to rush customers who are still dining in during business hours. Almost immediately after sitting down with our drinks, we were told to go refill them because the soda machine was about to be shut down. Shortly after that, the staff began cleaning around us stacking chairs on tables, shutting everything down, and creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere while we were still trying to enjoy our meal. We then waited over 30 minutes for our food, and unfortunately it was not even worth the price we paid. The entire experience felt rushed and unwelcoming, as if we were being pressured to hurry up, eat, and leave. To make matters worse, one of the waitresses turned off all the TVs and even the music while customers were still inside dining, which made it very obvious that they wanted everyone out as quickly as possible. There’s a professional way to close a restaurant while still making guests feel welcome, and this was not it. Sadly, because of the rude and uncomfortable experience, we will not be returning.

  Enjoy the food loved the vibes food was greasy hot and delicious ERIN T was the best she was kind and fast to help highly recommend the bacon jam patty melt!!!

  Ordered crawfish spicy garlic that tasted like they were boiled in plain water. Asked for seasoning and the server never brought any. Just resorted to asking for it off the ticket and didn’t eat

  I recently went to Willie’s Grill & Icehouse with my brother for theSpurs game , and it was a great experience overall. Our server Destiny was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of the entire night .We both had ordered some breaded wings tossed in some buffalo sauce along with some fries and they came out hot and tasted so amazing.I would highly recommend this place if your looking to watch the Spurs play.

  Extremely disappointed this time around. When our order was finally brought to us, we could tell it was sitting under the heat lamps. Barely warm, over cooked, and greasy. My husband had to send his order back twice cause it was wrong, the last time they gave it back to him, seemed like they threw scraps on the plate. horrible is an understatement. Our waitress came once towards the end to check on us, and we had to refill our own drinks. And to top it off, kids were running around outside jumping ON the tables 🤦🏼‍♀️. Needless to say, the manager just stood there at the counter like a deer looking at the headlights. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Willey’s. If you’re looking for poor service and horrible food, this is the restaurant you want to dine at. And hour and half we’ll never get back.
