Always need to check order. Multiple times left out my Jalapeño, disappointing! Left lettuce and tomato off premium chicken sandwich. Dine in. Thought this used to be a Texas icon.

They didn’t give me my chicken strips they also didn’t give my boy Grayson his damn cheese on his burger. He ordered a cheeseburger. We were gonna go to in n out but now we are here instead. Rocky said some mean things as well.

Always missing items and the big heavy set guy that’s always on drive through is super rude. Never gives receipts and hands out drinks with the sides of the cups all wet and dripping.

Every time I come here I get great service and hot food! I love that they are open 24/7 and the new menu items always keep a new option to try! Clean inside even at 0100 am , staff making sure you have what you need! Bathrooms even smelled good!! Definitely my favorite late night fast food. 😋

I placed an order through the app, and when we received it, virtually every item was incorrect. In fact, it seemed possible that we were given someone else's order because the food we received was the opposite of what was listed on our receipt.
We called and spoke with Kyle, the manager, who acknowledged the issue and told us to come in for a replacement. Considering our order totaled more than $70, we appreciated the offer and expected the matter would be resolved.
Before making the trip, we called the location again to confirm that the replacement order was ready and that there would be no confusion. We were assured everything was taken care of and informed them we would be coming by shortly.
Unfortunately, when my husband arrived, we were met with excuses instead of the replacement that had been promised. We left with only two burgers and one order of fries—less than half of what we originally paid for. To make matters worse, even the replacement order was incorrect again. None of the drinks or sides that were part of the original purchase were provided.
The solution should have been simple. We paid for a complete meal and did not receive what we ordered. When a replacement was offered and confirmed, it should have been honored in full rather than partially fulfilled with explanations and blame shifted back to the customer. The order we placed reflected exactly what we wanted; the responsibility was simply to prepare and provide that order correctly.
It is disappointing and frankly insulting to receive less than half of the replacement after already experiencing the inconvenience of the original mistake. Good customer service would have been to replace the entire meal that was paid for and never properly received so that we could finally enjoy the meal we paid for.
