  I I’m placed an order on Uber Eats and unfortunately it was taken from me. I called the store and Sam answered my call, offered to immediately remake the order and provided astonishing customer service. I highly recommend this whataburger and know if a mistake happens they will do everything they can to rectify it. Sam is my goat.

  Worst experience anytime I have to pick up from here. They take forever for the simplest of things, none of the workers ever check to see what you need while your standing at the front counter. The store manager will specifically hold your order extra long if you ask them if its ready. Terrible service terrible staff. Hate having to come here at all.

  Culebra and Alamo Ranch. I accidentally put a pick-up order for this location instead of Culebra and 1604 so inter it took me a while longer to get to the store once I realized the mistake and the manager was super nice and offered to do a remake even though it was completely my fault.

  By far one of the worst Whataburger experiences I’ve ever had, specifically at this location. They messed up my entire order. I called and spoke to who I believe was the manager, Cindy, hoping it would be handled properly. A week later, I went back to get the remake, and somehow they got the entire order wrong again. The employee even double-checked the ticket and said she was making sure everything was correct. I got home only to find a completely dry burger with nothing on it. It was a total waste of my time. A young man said he would refund me and remake the order, and I appreciated that. However, the manager then came out, gave a brief apology with a dismissive attitude, and handed me my change. I still had to wait a long time just for a refund, and I never even received a proper order. Overall, it felt disorganized and unprofessional, like the place is being run without proper care or attention.

  It was typical for fast food and 4 stars in Fast Food realm. Been a long time since I have visited a Whataburger. I had spicy chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. Rest of group had Jr burgers and patty melt. They all seemed to love it. Fries are great. Large order and was repeated back. Order was accurate. Took a first timer and they thought it was great.
