    Regardless if I take out or use delivery, I’m always pleased with the outcome. I do have very few encounters when the food isn’t the best/cold, but when notified I am helped, and they’re quick to fix the problem. Easily one of the best locations in my book!

    These burgers have gotten flat. Mine didn't even have enough lettuce to spread it evenly but I will say that this is a great location. Everyone is always polite and food is always good. Hey...mail me some lettuce.

    SAD. Don't expect friendly customer service from this restaurant or any kind of service. I gotten out of the hospital 3days prior picking up an order from this restaurant and for me it was convenient to get from the drive thru despite the long line and cause what I had happened to me I couldn't stand on my leg to long so I asked in the drive thru if I can pick up the order and told me no they asked the manager he also said no so if you're any kind of handicap and mention it that is denial of any service cause it's company policy at that restaurant. Something needs to be done with thier manager Seth when I had to walk in and complain that's all the employees and the manager was saying it's company policy like if they are programmed to say that which also I doubt cause all other restaurants prefer you to use the drive thru. Whataburger do something please. Made a complaint to customer service twice and it seems like nothing is happening quick to take the $$ but slow to solve simple issues. And to add. My order was given to someone else. So triple the wait time. Seth that's the manager again WHATABUGER do something I know you don't give imaginary computers to customer service so they can pretend to keep things on record cause they never had history on the first complaint. 2nd Complaint 4/3/2026.

    I ordered my food and my drink was nothing but carbonation .. I ordered a large combo and the fries were a smaller size. Then I looked into my bad as well and I was missing my toast . Overall it sucked and the whole thing was trash

    One of my favorite breakfast from Whataburger is the biscuit & gravy, so I was expecting the normal good taste. But that is not what I got. My biscuit eas not quite done & the gravy was not mixed up completely (had clumps) & the sausage was not mixed in. Also, when we got there it seemed as though they were trying to get the employees orders before getting the customers orders. I guess it must have been the time between breakfast & lunch that the employees take their break but there were about 3 employees that ordered & 4 sets of customers that waited.
