  No point in mobile ordering, will take as just as long as if you were to stay in line. Absolutely horrible service and accommodations. Placed an order for pick up 30 MINUTES prior arriving to this place and i still needed to wait an extra 5 minutes which then turned into 10. How long does a fast food place need to complete 3 items….

  I'm done. I used to drive out of my way just to go to this location. But lately it has not been good. The workers seem friendly to your face, but from the taste of the food, they obviously don't care about food prep, or what they serve. Even down to the flat water-downed coke i was served tonight. It's obviously been made by accident for another order & just sitting until someone else ordered a coke. And multiple times they've left an item out of my order, includingthis time. I knew i should give up fast food anyway. Thanks for making it easier.

  I’d love to go to Whataburger for their shakes, so I was craving one and decided to stop by only for them to tell me they had already cleaned the shake machine… three hours before closing. I could understand if I showed up 30 minutes before they closed, but three hours early is wild. Then I asked what time they usually start shutting everything down, and the employee couldn’t even give me an answer. Then later I spoke to Adam the manger regarding my experience, but unfortunately he was unable to provide any assistance or clear answers. It really not about the shake at this point but the principal, don’t advertise certain things and not be able to provide them.

  I usually go to this wataburger, it is very good but recently they have been slacking on everything I got my food and it was freezing cold but some how my pickles were steaming hot. The cheese tasted like it had been sitting out for days and my fries were soggy like they have been out all day. If your looking for somewhere fast this is also not the place becomes with it being cold it took 30 minutes to get the food. I called them to see what they could do and all they said was to bring it back.
