  Awesome burger spot I asked for a triple meat loaded with everything and they loaded it ask and you shall receive! All be it messy it was super good!! 👌

  Ordered a number 1 with no lettuce no tomato, grilled onions and pickles and add a slice of cheese. Took 20 mins and didn’t even remember my slice of cheese. Given I did have a coupon for a free whataburger and I was paying extra for the cheese. It really seems like no one here cares at all lmao, 20 mins to put a patty in between some buns and not even remember the cheese. This location sucks. Only giving three stars cause at least my food was warm and the lady at the front seemed to care.

  The last 6 of 7 times I have ordered delivery from here, they have forgotten every sauce, gravy, or syrup. Why would I want to eat dry food especially if I paid extra for some of the sauces. Fundamental bagging issues. I order delivery through the app which does not allow me to select a different location, otherwise I would!!

  Waited for a carry out order for an hour. Asked 3 separate times what the status of my order was, told “it will be out soon,” “they’re working on it right now, sorry we got swamped,” and finally “they’re remaking your order, I guess something happened to it.” I ordered at 11:15pm didn’t leave the store until 12:11pm, without any food, and a cash refund since their registers closed out at midnight. It’s already ridiculous that this happened, but the worse part was when I asked for a refund they talked only to each other and never acknowledged the mistake or apologized for anything. All that was said to me was the amount that was refunded. And if I was just shown some sort of kindness about the whole situation it wouldn’t have ruined my night.

  We came at 12:30 AM and because they did not have change for $100. We cannot get our food and the manager. Heather denied us our food. Lost a perfectly good sale for being $1.50 short from people that come three times a week
