Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Nana was always smiling, she brought our food to our table and talk to us for a little bit. We order a few burger combos, The food was freshly made, nice and hot 🔥 it did not take long to get our food. The restaurant was cleaned, bathrooms were clean as well. Like I said before, I think what made our visit great, it wasn't just the food, It was Nana's customer service. I just met her and I felt like I knew her for a long time. Keep up the great work Nana. Thank you very much.

Still, the gentleman came out and handed me a bottle. I really appreciate the thoughtful customer service especially as I was struggling and parched

Even as I was about to drive off. She made sure to ask if I would like my receipt which I really appreciated. No one really asks me that anymore -not from anywhere for that matter. Anyway, I gave it four stars for food only because I wish they would’ve carried the blue Powerade. It’s my favorite. I’m not too fond of the red, but I was thirsty. I needed electrolytes. It was ok and it did the job.
