  This is unfortunate but it has to be shown this store messed up not once not twice but 3 times and each time got worse I spoke to a manager (pat)and the most she said was she can do is replace the entire order but as you can tell nobody in there right mind would even consider that and I wanted everyone to know that the over night employees definitely do not care about what they serve so given I do not live in the area I decided to take pics and wait till today to contact the operator to just get a refund..... 4 times they said he was unavailable 3 times they said specific times of availability 5 calls total and the operator finally got on the phone I explained the situation and he sounded concern however I was already extremely irritated and had contacted my bank because all the food was thrown away my wife is pregnant I have a 2 yr old and how the food was definitely wasn't safe to eat or to give to my family I want to be clear this isn't to talk bad about the store but the employees who made the store look extremely bad and gave essentially inedible food and took my money and probably laughed about it afterwards burnt onions(like charcoal burnt) burn jalapenos super inedible dry chicken (sandwich and bites) veggies were very sus as to quality possibly no good as shown in the pics and that's for both the burger and sandwich patty was super dry and the cherry on top was the fries .....when I say I was able to get substantial amount of oil out of the fries it's not exaggeration those fries were double or triple dipped meaning old and they didn't want waste and super soggy so over all this transaction was disputed by my bank and I did inform the operator

  The manager at this store was certainly on her game! I like my fries so hot it burns most people's mouths, she made sure they were hot. Someone else made the burger and goofed, but she fixed it pronto herself. The hibiscus drink was pretty good, but id suggest a squirt of that in the iced tea and it would be amazing

  Nathan has an extremely excellent customer service. If you want this Whataburger to succeed then he well be promoted to manager. You can’t teach that type of care and service

  Apparently. . .Whataburger feels that throwing romaine lettuce on the burger instead of using iceberg lettuce to wrap the burger is considered lettuce wrapped 🤔 I ordered lettuce wrapped before and it was done perfect but today was a different story.
