Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    I ordered 1 large fry and 4 regular ketchup. I get my order and get 1 regular and 1 spicy ketchup. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO PUT KETCHUP IN A BAG

    Came over to Whataburger and place my order was given a verbal statement that my cost would be 18.31 the screen said 21.70 I asked them which one it was for clarification so I know what I'm spending and got a very rude response to pull up. When I asked for my receipt after I paid the woman at the drive through refused to give me the receipt and then stated she'd give it to me in my bag and close the window. It feels like they were trying to charge me more until I ask questions about it

    Beware of ordering online at this location. I ordered online through the website and was charged. I was emailed a confirmation and receipt. I received a second email saying my order was cancelled. I was confused so I walked over and was told my order "showed up on the screen" but disappeared due to a system error. I was told I'd receive a refund but never did, this was over 5 business days ago. They offered to make my order but would have to recharge me which I didn't feel right about. It turns out, since the order "appeared on the ordering screen" my payment processed and isn't able to be refunded. $15 is a lot for lunch but I wanted to treat myself silly. This location is walkable from my work so it's unfortunate I won't trust ordering online again. I don't remember the managers name but he was very kind and apologetic. I had never had a bad experience from here before.

    I come here all of the time. They’re pretty consistent. There’s been a couple times where the accuracy of the order (sauce on the side) was missed but I just check it before I go and if I have an issue, they remake the bbq chicken sandwich and let me keep the messed up one. On the other hand, my burger instructions are ALWAYS perfect. No accuracy issues there. Not even one comes to mind. You can always count on friendly service, the team is pretty good about that. Only suggestion I have is to increase lobby awareness. I typically go through the drive through, but if I go inside, sometimes it takes a second before I’m assisted at the front counter.

    I rarely write reviews, but this experience at Whataburger was beyond unacceptable. I ordered a bacon and cheese burger, took one bite, and immediately knew something was wrong. When I opened it, the patty was pink and clearly undercooked. This was not a case of a juicy burger. It looked unsafe to eat. Food safety should never be compromised. Serving meat in this condition is a serious issue and honestly something that local health services should be aware of. This is not just disappointing, it is a health concern. An experience like this is enough to completely destroy trust in a place people rely on. It ruined my appetite and my confidence in this location. Very disappointed. This location needs immediate attention and better quality control before someone gets sick.
