Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I usually avoid places when they're busy but I been craving some good o whataburger.. thank you to the entire staff for preparing my meal and all the other guest who waited patiently. I called once I got home to tell him I was coming back for a refund because they gave us the wrong food and MIGUEL THE MANAGER told us to put his name on the receipt for when we came back. 30 minutes later we are back, they refused to give us a refund, giving attitude & VERY! Rude to us. Make more people work or hire more people if you can’t give out the right order or the people at the window can’t remember to give people receipts hire new people. This is absolutely ridiculous all we ordered was a single burger no meal, and they charged us for a burger and meal with a 2 piece chicken and refused to give us a refund even though we brought back everything that was given to us not even TOUCHING the food. Calling corporate. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN. YOU GUYS SUCK!!!
- MSMira SalinasApr 25, 20261.0I wouldn’t order from this Whataburger. I got here at 9:50pm it is now 10:45pm. I’m watching people from the inside order then walk out I haven’t even ordered yet. There’s 3 managers I’ve talked to tonight that aren’t communicating to their other employees or to eachother. Neither of them are friendly they were very rude to me and very ther customers maybe their just tired or overwhelmed with the rush but it’s getting ridiculous only coming out with drive thru orders and not the front. After a bunch of people left i finally got my order. My drink had no ice it was the wrong size too and my sandwich is very cold then they forgot my fries. Im not sure why none of the employees are not talking to eachother at all it seems very tense and uneasy vibes around them. Maybe orders wouldn’t be mixed up or unfinished if they would just work together
