  This the first time I have ever had a bad experience at "My Whatatbuger". I was left a the counter for 6 minutes without a greeting. So I started to order my meal on the app. A nother guest came in and was greeted immediately. He told the employee that I first, so politely told to order for i was using the app since I was standing here for 6 minutes. Two other guest ame in and received their food before mine. In the e d I had to say for me order and when I did my spicy chicken was Luke warm. I know I will not be going back to this Store. PS I did not even get a receipt.

  For refrence, we came at 4:00am . Drive through was closed due to some kind of drivethru street maintenance. This isnt to bash the whole establishment, just constructive criticism from our experience. I ordered a double whataburger Jr with a small fry And my partner ordered a breakfast bowl The burger was drowning in mustard 😬 i had to take the top bun completely off and the lettuce because there was jsuyno saving it , I had tooken a bite unknowingly and the mustard was dripping out and it was a sour heads face.😵 I reached in the bag for a napkin as the mustard had gotten everywhere , no napkins I reached for The fries hoping the natural plainess of the potatoes would balance out the overwhelming mustard in my mouth just to be met with extremely salted fries 😵 & My partner beside me who was experiencing his breakfast bowl showed me his bowl and it was a gravy soup , no silverware were included but luckily I always keep plastic wear in the glove compartment. The folk behind the counter were youngins so Im just figuring this is an isolated case of young folk who tend to overdue it and haven't learned moderation and balance yet. So constructive critism for the day , less is more, apply in moderation, and keep In mind the balance of flavors. Also please make sure to add silverware for items like the breakfast bowl and atleast include a napkin .

  I truly enjoy this Whataburger in Cedar Hill. I know several of personel always saying Good Morning Ms. Molina. I feel like Family every time I go there. Truly Blessed 🙏💞🙏💞🙏💞🙏💞🙏💞🙏
