  Got a bacon,eggs and cheese taquito and it was soaking in grease. Whataburger used to be good. What happened?

  Zero stars is more like it for this whataburger. Always always always double check your bag before driving off.. I sat inside for a hour waiting for my order and saw multiple drive thru customers having to come back in because of orders being wrong. Not only that, after the wonderful 45 minute wait for my food, I check my food and behold that my daughters chicken nuggets were not in her kids meal.. just some fries and a cookie. Get the business in order operator - by far the worst experience at a whataburger and I have seen whataburgers slammed with drunken fools not be as off as this location.

  I almost choked on a fry. That was my fault, but I was coughing for several minutes to try to clear my throat and my kids were scared. Eventually I managed to clear my throat and was okay. There were a couple of other customers in the store at that time. No one came to see if they could help or ask if everything was okay. Not the customers or staff. They were oblivious to the whole incident. Wow.

  I had an issue with my drive through order. I had ordered 2 what a burger junior hamburgers with cheese plain and dry. When I got my order, I pulled out one of the burgers and the cheese was missing. In my opinion, that's ⅓ of burger. I went in and stated that my order was correct. After they had looked at my burger, they asked if it would be okay if they just to add cheese on it. I was annoyed at that point. Because cold cheese on a now. Warm burger does not sound good to me. But seen as the manager offered that to me first I said, fine. After waiting a couple of minutes, I asked, what was the holdup? Due to lack of communication by the manager. I was made to wait longer than I thought I would need to. I discovered, by asking why it was taking so long to add cheese. It was because they were remaking my order. That right there would be a win, but unfortunately, the lack of communication had got me irritated. It was partially because my dog was sitting in the car, and it was roughly a 100° outside. Hence the original drive through order.

  4 stars for 4 reasons 1. The double patty was flavorful and onions were on point. 2. The fries were pretty good. 3. Customer service really nice gentlemen 4. Food came out quickly Minus one star because the patty was so dry.
