Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MMMarco6 days ago1.0Ordered two patty melt meals and one chicken grilled sandwhich meal and somehow they got the order wrong. Told me I wanted cokes no ice and somehow the manager heard Dr Pepper. That should’ve been the first sign knowing that my order would be wrong. I ordered each meal with no salt on the fries because it forces them to make them fresh but again those were horrid and stale. The burger was cold and the chicken sandwich, I asked no whatasauce, ketchup instead with no tomatoes and what do you know it came with tomatoes and whatasauce. Called the place and Fernanda said to come by the end of the week to get the meal after giving them my receipt number to have it on file and upon arriving they said we needed the receipt now so we were not able to get the food. Terrible experience, avoid coming here.
