Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MBMarie Bagwell1 day ago1.0I recently went through the drive-thru at Whataburger and was disappointed by the customer service I received. The employee, Naomi, sounded frustrated while taking my order. When I reached the window, she handed me my Dr Pepper. I thanked her, but she simply looked at me and closed the window. When she returned with my food, she handed it to me with a noticeably unpleasant tone and said, “Here you go.” I thanked her again, but received no response. I understand that working in the food industry can be challenging, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.

That mishap nay that consequence falls on me. I don’t want to have to check my order every time I leave a restaurant down to the sauces that are supposed to come with the meal. Please guys. Thanks

They came & told me they put fresh wings in but still, this is a little excessive. Just my experience today not a judgment on the store overall.

The French fries tasted like they had been microwaved. They were soft and soggy instead of fresh and crispy. We also ordered country gravy and paid for it, but it was missing from our order. Overall, the food quality and service were disappointing.
