Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- VPVeronica PerezMay 8, 20261.0I came through the drive-thru and ordered a double cheeseburger with grilled jalapeños and a medium fry. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The fries were undercooked, the grilled jalapeños were completely missing, and I was given what looked like a small fry instead of the medium size that I paid for. On top of that, the burger itself was very bland and lacked flavor. The sweet tea was also extremely watered down and tasted nothing like sweet tea. Overall, the quality of the food and accuracy of the order were unacceptable. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting fresh food and correct portions, and this experience felt like a complete waste of money, time, and appetite. I hope these issues are taken seriously and improved, because repeated mistakes like this reflect very poorly on the store’s quality and customer service.

I think the service and the quality of the food was so good, that it made customers genuinely happy to be there. Amazing, really.

Someone else got a refund because we were waiting55 minutes for our food. I understand it’s busy and late but 40 minutes is actually crazy! If I could easily refund in the app I would! At this point u really have no idea why I haven’t just walked out and wasted my money! Also they were out of prickly pear drink. No exaggeration I ordered my food at 4:21 AM got it at 5:16m!

They had one guy doing everything for theb outside line while 2 girls sat at the window. Terrible management choice if this is what they think is efficient.
