Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The entire lobby got their food before me 20+Min, they said they would remake my order since apparently was already delivered to a table, even though I have a number. I then proceed to tell her I want my money back, she gives me my money back, but never proceeds to tell me she’s not remaking the order at all. Would never come back absolutely terrible Management and communication skills.

I always go late at night into early morning. Everyone always seems so pleasant. Great infonfrom the manager last night too and the lady that is always there at night always has a positive attitude and is very attentive. Only downside is I wish the security guard was more active on kicking out the sketchy people loitering instead of just standing around. Definitely would have 5 stars if he made an effort to make the place feel safe.

EVERYBODY! THIS IS A WARNING! DO NOT go to this location unless you want to be embarrassed, yelled at, humiliated, questioned, accused, or anything that isn’t the nicest most respectful way to treat anyone including myself as a customer. I tried to go in to get a remake made but since it was two (2) wrong orders (it was supposed to have been on the same one (1) ticket but the lady at the front counter — name is Vanessa M. wasn’t listening to good.
So I had to make another order the same way. This woman, manager name is LETTY GUERRERO decided to come up to me and say she’s the one who took the whole order, made it, watched where I sat while waiting forever for said order(s) like everything from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I walked out a different door — like she made it sound like she knew exactly the type of clothes I was wearing that very day — okay lady whatever! I heard her say to another manager “I’m not making the order” as she walked away to go back to the station she was and I was left with nothing as I was promised I would get something to eat tonight. Promised broken as I got there. The card I used is from my plasma donations whenever I get a chance I do so — I go to save someone life (someone or people I do not know or never will know) that needs plasma for whatever reasons that may be. Wow, I go to help people with life changing donations and I get treated as if my life doesn’t matter at all for a fast food restaurant. I walked away sat down for a moment and just got my thoughts together while trying not to get very emotional from what I just experienced. It’s okay — I still went home and just made a sandwich with the few pieces of meat and bread I have left. Thank you so much Letty for making my hard ahhh life much harder than it has been since I was apart of the Bexar County Justice System and my life has been falling apart ever since — no good job, a stable room but not the best home, financial issues (which is why I’m donating whenever I can), etc etc.
If I was all of you — I would strictly avoid stepping inside this location and/or going through this drive thru because prepare for the most worse people to ever work for this location to destroy your livelihood with her most favorite words to make hers much better. I don’t know what she may have been going through outside of that establishment, or within that establishment — or both but she was ready to go off and on someone — and I was the lucky winner to have been selected! I know it could be some type of inconvenience cause you may live closer to this one, maybe work closer to this one, or it’s the closet one that is in the area you are going too since you may have missed an exit or had a problem somewhere else — well add this location as the next one to not visit until Yucky Letty tries the wrong person next time around.
I think it’s because of the color of my skin, my faith that was and always is clearly visible as a day itself on both of my ears and the two that are always around my neck. Gosh I wish you can take people like her to court for trying me as much as she did in front of everyone to see and hear because she is wow. Don’t visit this location until she’s out there everyone. That’s all I have to say!

This has to be the worst location I have ever visited. Cashier went to unlock bathrooms with her gloves on then came back and started handling food. Rude and dismissive. Cleanliness of this location needs the sight of a local health inspector. Beware.
