Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

So I apologized to the first lady who handed me my food profusely and said if it's not too much trouble and I was willing to pay for it if I could get 2 things of gravy she said yes of course I'll get that for you don't worry about it. Then later the lady with a headset either the manager or someone on a power trip told she would be so kind and not charge me and make me go through the line again ,after making me wait for the food off to the side 10 min originally mind you , but next time gravy is and upcharge, gravy is water and flour with some seasoning what do you mean i had no sauce for my meal but the ketchup i asked for are you really losing that much money over some little cup of gravy but I had said I know it is an inconvenience and I was willing to pay but for real girl you could have been so much nicer about it
