Fresh fries make every thing better. In and out, under 15 minutes while I waited for bus.

I entered this whataburger on 7 July 2026 at 5:35 am. It was open but there wasn't an employee anywhere in sight . I called the restaurant while standing at the from counter And no one answered the phone. I left. I'll never return!
Whoever works here at this time isn't working or serving customers. I'll leave it up you as to what should happen next
I went back in after writing this review to take a photo and these are the employees who finally showed up and who were weren't there 15 minutes before and wouldn't answer the phone.

My order was incorrect and the over charged me.. Spoke to the manager and order was remade correctly and the money that I was overcharged was refunded

The location on San Pedro and basse is excellent fast service and its clean. Don't go to the one on West Ave it's dirty.

I came to this location the other on 6/16/26 at 9pm to help my wife who was having car trouble and decided to grab us some food before we left. I went inside and purchased 2 burgers and 2 waters. Upon getting the food I saw that it only had one burger and I looked at the receipt and saw that the staff member raelyn had charged me for 2 large drinks and one burger. I requested to get this rectified and she spoke with her manager Andy Ramos who told her everything was rang up correctly and that I could purchase one more burger. I then requested to just get a refund and give everything back because paying $6.98 for 2 waters is insane. I was told that the manager was busy and was the only one who could initiate a refund. I informed the staff that I would wait. My wife and I sat around for atleast 30 minutes while the manager Andy Ramos was outside talking to a customer. By this time we had waited long enough and were just ready to be home. I am highly disappointed in this location and understand it is fast food but at the end of the day it is still a “restaurant”. I will not be returning to this location and will be informing everyone I know to not do the same. The staff needs to be trained better and definitely need to retrain the management.
