  The ONLY reason this location deserves five stars is because of McKnight/toni. Her customer service is out of this world, my personal opinion is that she deserves to be a manager more than most of the ones actually managing. I had an experience last week where at 10:50 I had placed a breakfast pick up order and apparently it was scheduled for 11 o’clock at night (new stupid feature on their app) but I arrived before 11 to pick it up and they told me that there was nothing they could do. come to find out that they did have the ability to make it then and there, and still chose not to. I was hesitant to return to this location for any reason because this isn’t the first time I’ve had horrible customer service, but McKnight made me feel seen and heard. I’d like to mention that I was also going into work a double and this was the only meal I was going to have all day and I had no time to stop anywhere else before my shift so fulfilling that order despite the time would have meant more than they know. At this point, I’d rather drive an extra 15 minutes to a different location.

  This used to be my favorite location, and consistently very good but recently it has fallen back. Went with my son today and our food literally got to the table at the same time as I did after getting my drink - I hadn’t even sat down yet. Which means of course that it was NOT prepared after I ordered it, and that became obvious when we tasted the food and the burgers were somewhat dry and not very hot. At Whataburger I’m used to a juicy burger, and again this location used to always be that way but not so in my last couple of visits. Also since the “remodel” the tables and metal chairs are not comfortable. Service was fairly good, but yes too quick. I need you to make my food AFTER I order it since that’s what you claim to do. Don’t bring me a burger that’s been sitting in the back, already prepared and is not hot or juicy.

  Every thing was great! Restaurant was clean, staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was too

  A Complete Waste of Money! 7 times in a row now, I order my burger with grilled onions and I get hard raw onions that i am unable to chew. Lettuce is brown, soggy and dead. This in fact was a water burger. Consistent failure seems to be the standard here.
