  We have been to this location several times. Food is always on point, but the floors are consistently grimy. The floors are visibly dirty/coated and the entire family noticed how slippery the floors were. I tried to be careful and just ignore it but I actually slipped walking from the drink station to the table. The condition of the floors on 8/30/26 was not only gross but actually unsafe. Restrooms also dirty. Employees were friendly and helpful.

  Jada is completely unprofessional. I had a delivery order and their driver left my drinks on my front porch, right in front of my glass door that opens outward. All of my drink a spilled. I contacted this store to help me and Jada said no. Don’t recommend. Poor service. They disregard customers with deliveries because they can hide behind “it’s the delivery service”. I don’t really care. I paid Whataburger so that’s who needs to refund me. They’ve lost my business forever. Been going here for 5 years.

  I ordered on the App for curbside. I waited outside for 15 mins then I went inside to see about my order and it was just sitting there getting cold! My whole order was ice cold and disgusting! The onion rings were half empty! Absolutely horrible service! You should be ashamed! I spent $45 on this order and would have been happier with Ramen noodles! I ended up throwing most of my meal out! Oh and the woman working was nasty and rude when the man that was working did try to help.

  I ordered a double whatabuger junior and it’s midnight I am the only person in drive through i have been here for 20 minutes and still haven’t received my burger and I asked for my money back and the manager hgave me my money back and he had a nasty attitude and said no sorry for the delay what a mess I could see them they were just walking arround doing nothing I am never comming back to this location.

  After arriving in San Antonio on a late-night flight well past midnight, we stopped at Whataburger and were fortunate to be greeted by Charlie Garcia. Despite the late hour, Charlie delivered some of the best customer service we've experienced in a long time. He was welcoming, professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure every customer had a great experience. It's easy for service standards to slip during overnight hours, but Charlie went above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction turned a simple meal stop into a memorable experience after a long day of travel. This location is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Charlie representing the Whataburger brand. Thank you, Charlie, for your outstanding hospitality and commitment to excellence. We will definitely be back because of the experience you provided.
