  This is the best service I've experienced in a while. Not service for "fast food"... Service period. And of course the burgers are awesome. Not chris Madrid awesome, but as always the best fast burger anywhere.

  This is hands down the worst Whataburger in the city. If you want anything custom or altered on your order I’d bet my last dollar you ain’t gonna get it. They just don’t care really, they’ll mess up your order every time, and the foods not even gonna be good. There’s always a line not because it’s popping but because the crew works so dang slow honestly if I had a crew as sorry as that in any field I’d get rid of all of em. Look man the other day I ordered the barbecue chicken sandwich sub creamy pepper you know these jokers did? They gave me that jawn bone dry. Sub nothin. I mean seriously it’s gotta be intentional cause no matter when you go it’s gonna be trash. I don’t even write reviews man. Never in all my years have I felt compelled to. But I gotta warn anyone reading this. Or if you’re living near this one and you think it’s just you. It’s not. Consistent mediocrity in the years I’ve lived here. So, if you’re thinking “maybe this time it’ll be different, it’s a simple order you can’t really even mess it up” I’m telling you, just go to McDonalds or something because if there’s anything you can be sure of in this world it’s that yes, they will mess it up.

  The fries are usually pretty crispy! They do a good job of getting the order right. The food is better if you go to the drive thru or in store. Having food from here delivered is fine but the fries get soggy.

  This passed Friday night was wild! I so exhausted and my kids were in the backseat driving me insane! I just wanted to order some food so we stopped at the FM78 location and ordered something for everyone. Made it to the window rather quickly. Got our drinks and got Monica the manager at the window. She was very pleasant and helpful in drive thru! Definitely needed that feeling after everything going on in the car! Everyone got their food and was happy and satisfied! Great job Whataburger! You need more people like Monica!

  This Whataburger always get my orders wrong. It's always the little things that matter, like no ketchup, jam or picante, or no egg. I always call before I put in an order. I try to make sure my order will be right by talking to a Manager, but no, not even then. The last two nights they haven't been answering my calls. That's fine, you don't want my service, but the person who answered the phone tonight (08/14/26) and just didn't say anything is asinine. I literally heard the person telling someone my name and they ignored the call. I'm disappointed because that was extremely rude. Do better!
