Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

They went from car to car, took over 30 minutes of us being there. All the while, the employees seemed frazzled, complained that, “there’s too much going on”. The bags have our names on them… we check in on the app, with our parking spot… how can it be THIS confusing? Whataburger needs to do something. This location has been having issues recently, but today was insane. How hard is it to match an order to a parking space? Especially since we’re putting in the parking space info for you!?

Well, Whataburger in general has declined majorly in past few years but THIS location is the one that caused me to never spend money with Whataburger again. Yes, sounds silly, but I've declared a personal and familial boycott of Whataburger. Will it fix anything? No. But they're not getting another hard earned cent of mine for the rest of time. Why though? Again, low expectations but at least get me what I ordered in a reasonable time frame. This location will get every single order wrong including the fix. I once brought an order back reluctantly and well...even in doing it again they messed it up. I maybe went to this location 10 times since living nearby and Im not being hyperbolic... every...single...order...was messed up in some way. The wait times are insane to top it all off. Even my kid has a jingle he made for Whataburger (he is 6), "Whataburger, have it our way!" Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
