Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- NSNina Schauer4 days ago3.0First time at Whatabuger and in my opinion the food is overrated. The first half of the patty melt was good. But the onions were undercooked. And eating the second half, I already felt sick. Fries not crispy and worse than McDonald's. Also pricey for what it is. Service was friendly!
- JJJessie5 days ago2.0Made a mobile order, took forever to get it. The kid on the fryer didn't know what he was doing. Was cleaning the fryer in the middle of the day? Couldn't figure out how to use the oil gun and burnt my onion rings cuz he wasn't paying attention. I was on break, so didn't have time to wait, ordered my food 20 minutes in advance and it still wasn't ready. Didn't even have time to get the drink I paid extra for cuz the 4 employees were fumbling over eachother for 1 mobile order and 2 drive thru orders 🤦♀️ horrible management and service
