Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

We were asked to pull forward and wait for our food, which is already inconvenient, but after 15 minutes of sitting there with no update, my husband called inside to check on our order. That’s when we were told they had given our food to the wrong car. Mistakes happen, but what really made this frustrating was the manager’s attitude. There was no real apology or sense of urgency to fix the situation. The customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, the long wait, the mix-up, and the lack of accountability made this a very poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on how this situation was handled.

I recommend new management. messed up my order multiple times and then when they did give it, they gave him the wrong table. If you make a mistake, you should at least fix it within an attitude.
