  After a long day of soccer. We came in at 8:30, we know this was right before closing but it was conveniently right next to our hotel and the reviews were good so we decided to try it. Waiting in line for a couple minutes the lady behind the counter told us that they were backed up on orders and were about to close in 5 minutes and we would not be able to get our food for over 30 minutes. When asked about shakes she dismissed us and said they were out of shakes. Not sure how a burger and shakes place is out of shakes on a Saturday night. I would not recommend due to the lack of customer service.

  Not a bad place food is good but service is rather poor. They gave my orginal order to the wrong person and then they gave me the wrong item when they finally had an order for me. Wish the service was better this place's food is of fairly good quailty

  Great food! But get bigger milkshake straws! Yes you, the owners get some bigger straws!

  I honestly walked into Wayback Burgers expecting a less-than-decent place, but I left completely amazed. Nothing was raw here other than the raw joy I experienced eating this food! I had the cheese fries and the Steak House burger, and the whole meal was absolutely lit. They completely blew my expectations out of the water. I'm already looking forward to coming back!

  I can smell the burger had a chemical smell and made me sick to my stomach. Decided to just try the fries instead and it also had a weird taste to it. Never again as this was my first time here. I think maybe someone should greet when walking in to even asking if we have any questions
