  The Lady was super rude when my mom and I went through drive through just now. Couldn’t see her name since she never gave us the receipt maybe on purpose and her name tag was backwards. She never asked if we wanted a combo but we asked for the drink to be tea so naturally thought we got a combo since the orders before the girl was nice, her name was Madison I think and she gave us chips. Anyways, it was no problem, we just questioned why it didn't already come with chips since other ones did. We weren't upset just wondering. She was immediately rude and insisting we never asked for it. Which was true, I guess our mistake but didn’t have to be so rude. Was just telling us over and over that we never asked for it. This was our first time at this location and wont be.back.

  I visited True Texas BBQ inside HEB on Bulverde to pick up a delivery order and was met with unprofessional, disrespectful and authoritarian behavior from one of your employees. She was sarcastic, had a condescending attitude, and expected me to fill the drinks myself — which is not my responsibility as a delivery driver. When I asked for her name, she responded with “what’s your name?” — which is completely unacceptable. I have already reported this incident to her supervisor José and corporate. I am sharing this feedback so that management is aware of how this employee represents your business. Customers and delivery drivers deserve basic respect. I hope appropriate action is taken. When I asked for her name, she mockingly repeated my words back to me in a discriminatory and demeaning manner, which I believe was motivated by my ethnicity and accent.”

  Food is tasty, service is efficient; I just wish they had a sanitizer dispenser in the restaurant. This would make the visit complete. 😊

  I tried the lamb pita. Didn't like it at all. Pita was tough and I didn't like the spice blend on the rest

  The Cashier Melania was very attentive and has a great customer service, she even served our food, Food are inexpensive, We spent only $34 for two persons, pulled pork sandwich, half pound brisket and cream corn with two sodas. I will be back for their $34 Dino ribs BBQ on Friday.
