  Exceptionally warm staff, especially Jarvis, with his able partner Jose. We had shrimp with linguine and the center cut filet. Both prepared perfectly. Attaching a photo of us with Jarvis.

  The Palm Restaurant was a phenomenal experience as always. Jarvis and Arrianna were fabulous and made our dinner such a special experience. Ask for them when you come! We’ll always only sit in their section. You won’t be disappointed.

  The best lobster bisque ever. Beef carpaccio was delish. Get the Brussels sprouts too. They were out of the osso bucco so I ordered the filet with Oscar topping. Not bad. We also got the lamb t-bone. Great flavor! The black truffle risotto was excellent. Jarvis shared wonderful recommendations and was very attentive. Michael was also thoughtful and attentive. We enjoyed our experience here!

  Exceptional Evening at The Palm Celebrated my wife's birthday here and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we sat down, everything felt intentional and special. Started with their steakhouse bacon—bourbon-glazed, paired with giardiniera and 1926 sauce. Bold and perfectly executed. The lobster bisque was the star of the night: silken, deeply aromatic, with crème fraîche and sherry creating absolute harmony. Truly remarkable. Mains were flawless: a 16oz prime ribeye (medium rare perfection) and lamb T-bones with black truffle risotto and saffron beurre blanc. The Bodega Colomé Malbec Salta 2016 was an inspired pairing—dark fruit and structure that elevated every bite. Our server Arianna was exceptional. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm—she made my wife feel like the center of the evening without ever being intrusive. Dessert arrived with elegant touches: "Happy Birthday" inscribed on the chocolate cake, a card, delicate confetti. No spectacle, just thoughtful hospitality. We finished with a beautiful tawny port. The Palm doesn't just serve excellent food—it creates memorable evenings. Highly recommended for special occasions.

From the moment we sat down, Jarus didn’t just serve us—he created an experience. His attention to detail, genuine kindness, and natural ability to connect made us feel like we weren’t just guests… we were family. Every recommendation was spot on, every moment felt thoughtful, and every interaction was filled with warmth and sincerity. What truly stood out is that this wasn’t our first time meeting him—we had the pleasure of being served by him two weeks ago at another restaurant. That says everything. The consistency, the professionalism, and the heart he puts into what he does is rare. You don’t come across people like Jarus often. He has a way about him that makes you feel instantly comfortable—like someone you’ve known forever. By the end of our meal, we genuinely felt like we had made a new friend. That’s not something you can train—that’s who he is. Jarus, thank you for making our anniversary one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had.
