  Jarvis made our dinner at The Palm exceptional. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He struck the perfect balance of being available when we needed him while never making us feel rushed. His recommendations were spot on, every detail was handled flawlessly, and he made our entire table feel genuinely welcomed.   I have been a long time customer of the Palm but I am never going back. And I’m telling everyone I know about my experience. I hosted two guests from out town. The restaurant is dated but nice, but dead. There were 5 people in the restaurant. No fault there for the Palm but being empty didn’t help. I ordered two shrimp cocktails and appetizers to start prior to ordering dinner. They smelled like they had been out in the sun for a week. One of my guests took a bite and spat it out. We sent them back to the kitchen. We ended up leaving to go somewhere else just due to the entire experience not being fun. And it was dead. The part that is unforgivable is that they still charged me for the rotten shrimp cocktails after requesting they remove it. It makes no economic difference to me but it is upsetting that a restaurant that so desperately needs to lean in to hospitality would even put the rotten shrimp on my bill in the first place.

  Amy was phenomenal!! She was very attentive and gave great suggestions for sides! We loved the food, drinks, and desserts! Thank you for a great anniversary dinner! And the mint after dinner drink was excellent! Thank you! We’ll be back for sure!

  It all began with our server, Jarvis. Impeccable service, personal experience, quality meal, great atmosphere. Highly recommend The Palms. Get the hashbrowns!! So good!! Bonus if you’re a Landry’s Club member.
