  Willing to give it a second chance but horrible experience. Not busy when I went but took forever. Then after waiting forever was brought some cheese sticks cause they eventually drop my pizza. Then took almost no time for 2nd pizza to come out. Nice gesture to send out the cheese sticks but would have rather just gotten a refund.

  Ordered a meat lovers pizza, only had 2 types of meat, which the pepperoni was dried out, $30.00 for a medium was crazy( I didn't order, so didn't realize the cost). Pizza overall was overcooked.

  I have to say I was kind of put off I was picking up a DoorDash order and I’ve eaten a tanks before and when I was there, the service was phenomenal and the food was great, but for this DoorDash order, I was supposed to pick it up by a very specific time, I walked in instead of the counter for Mail employees walked right past me didn’t acknowledge me. Didn’t look at me. Finally, the boss she came up to the register, asked me what was going on. I said I’m here to pick up a DoorDash order and she went in the back. She told me to be about 12 minutes. I was supposed to pick up the order like and just like Wright then so she went to the back and I let the Customer know and you know in 12 minutes. It still wasn’t ready yet and you know there was no lighting fire anybody’s butt and that kind of caught me some some grief from from the client or the customer whom I then let you know explained what the situation was and he was very nice about it, but like I’ve never known tanks to be just so.meh when it comes to customer service each one of those gentleman that walked past me and ignoring me, if they would’ve asked then that whole situation could’ve gotten started a lot sooner because they did not start the order until I was already in the building and it should’ve already been ready to walk out so customer service is super important on all aspects

  Tank’s Pizza offers some of the best quality and value I’ve found in San Antonioand is a great takeout option. The food is exceptional, particularly the pizza crust, which features a perfectly flaky interior and a thin, crisp outer layer. Even the mozzarella sticks impressed me as they have a nice crunch and excellent texture that sets them apart from the typical "gooey" variety I don't much care for. ​The restaurant's interior could use some TLC (ceiling vents, bathrooms), but I think it is an outstanding option for takeout. If you are looking for high-quality food at a great price point, try this spot.

  Out of towner looking for late nite eats and found this BOB which happened to be in close proximity to my AirBNB. I ordered a small pizza and wings/fries online (already a 10% discount off the muscle) When I went to pick up my food, they forgot to make my fries. When I went to go alert the staff, they instantly dropped fresh ones and didn’t give any quarrels about it. Also, the staff was very friendly and hospitable to the max. Now to the food. The pizza was good and had a subtle garlic bread flavor to the crust (which also had a nice crunch). If I could’ve modified my pizza to have extra sauce on the website it would’ve been perfect. The wings and fries were also on point. The wings were flavorful and not too big either (yall should know how WE feel about wings that are too big) and the fries were hot and crispy. The food between everything was enough to feed 2 adults comfortably. I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for good pizza (and extras) at a reasonable price. I wish nun but success and prosperity to this establishment and will be stopping by when I’m in town again!
