Ordered online and the charge went through on my credit card. Drove to the the location and went to the drive thru, female worker stated she did not have the order. I asked if she could help and she said to call the customer service number. I called but customer service is only open M-F until 7pm eastern time. We are in Texas and it is Sunday night at 9:30pm. I went back to the drive thru window and a male employee said the Oder was not there. The asked if o had the right location, I showed him the online order and he said, “yep that’s the e right address,” the proceeded to close the window and walk away. Now we are left with a credit card charge and no food and no way to contact Taco Bell. This has never happened before and this will be the last time o will go to this location. Stay away from the Rittiman location, the workers are always high and unfriendly.

Last night, I stopped by Taco Bell and had a really frustrating experience from start to finish. When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, I was greeted with attitude by an employee named “Jimmonie R.” I ordered the 10-piece Diablo nuggets, and the first thing she belched out was that they were out of fries. I hadn’t even ordered a combo, so I didn’t understand why that was relevant. I told her it was fine and continued my order by asking for a strawberry agua fresca. When I got to the window, her attitude hadn’t improved at all. The drink she handed me tasted like tap water with pieces of strawberry floating on top nothing like what’s shown on the menu. I politely asked if I could switch it out for something else like a freeze, even addressing her as “friend” despite how she had been treating me. She refused and said I would have to pay for something else if I wanted a freeze, even though the one she gave me was basically untouched and still full. I tried to explain that I didn’t mind paying the difference and didn’t understand why she couldn’t just replace it and adjust the price. She attempted to do the math but seemed overwhelmed by it, then got loud and came back at me with, “Well there is still a difference!” At that point, it was clear there was no resolving the situation reasonably, so I asked for a refund. She mocked me by repeating my request back in a sarcastic tone, rolled her eyes, called for a supervisor, and shut the window. While waiting, I could hear them talking about me. When she processed the refund, she became visibly annoyed that I had to unlock my phone for the tap payment. Despite everything, I still told her to have a good day, even though, honestly, I shouldn’t have had to deal with that level of disrespect. To make matters worse, I was also there to pick up an Uber Eats order. After she completed my refund, I let her know I was there for a pickup, and she rolled her eyes again and said out loud, “tsk! And you’re here for an order as well!” Overall, it was terrible service and an awful experience.
