Multiple items from our meals were missing, and when we finally opened the bag, the food was cold like it had been sitting there forever. What made it worse was how careless everything was packaged. Some of the food was literally thrown into the bag and not even properly wrapped or placed in its packaging. It looked rushed and sloppy. What’s really sad is that there’s an Air Force base right nearby, and this is the kind of service our service members and families are getting. You would think a location serving so many hardworking people would take more pride in the quality of the food and customer service. I understand fast food won’t always be perfect, but at the very least the order should be complete, warm, and handled with some care. Definitely one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve had.

- JNJessica NicoleApr 16, 20261.0online orders are being punished by being asked to “pull back around” like 5 min later when the order is ready. its been happening here multiple times lately to the point where im not going to order online anymore or stop coming. regular orders can hold the line up at the window but not online orders which is causing me problems with wait times and not worth the rewards when im in a time crunch during my lunch breaks and a 5 min wait turns in to 10+ when theres a line.
