So there’s cheesy, and then there’s cheesy. But how can you get to the good kind of cheesy? Like cheesy cheesy. Simple, take the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito for example. With a perfect combination of warm Nacho Cheese Sauce, refried beans and premium Latin rice all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, it’s the kind of cheesy you definitely want.
If you’re one of those kids who has a thing for hot potatoes, why don’t you just try the Spicy Potato Soft Taco instead. It’s got warm and seasoned potato bites, melted real cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, and chipotle sauce for a little extra kick.
Crispy chips, nacho cheese sauce, refried beans, and red sauce; you know that whomever you’re with is going to want “just one.” Before you know it, there’s one chip left: the chip at the bottom of the pile, with only a corner covered in cheese and a tiny pinto bean. So get a second Triple Layer Nachos for you and your friends.
We could all learn a little something from Spicy Tostada. Most meals try to keep everything hidden behind a thin layer of tortilla or corn shell. Spicy Tostada, on the other hand, has no insecurity about sharing its true inner self. It doesn’t care if you see its refried beans, real cheddar cheese, and lettuce. It doesn’t mind if you think its red sauce is maybe too red, or not red enough. Or if its chipotle sauce may be a little hard to pronounce.

Instead of a crunchy corn shell, the Soft Taco Supreme® has a soft, flour tortilla. It’s so soft, it exclusively listens to Toronto hip-hop. Dreamy. Soft. Delicious.
A warm flour tortilla filled with tender shredded chicken, seasoned rice, avocado ranch sauce, and real cheddar cheese. In terms of wrapped meals, the Shredded Chicken Burrito is perfect.
Your choice of marinated and grilled chicken or steak served with guacamole, pico de gallo, black beans, crisp lettuce, seasoned rice and reduced-fat sour cream all packed into a seriously powerful bowl.
With its warm seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, crisp lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a crunchy tostada shell... one might say the Crunchwrap Supreme® set the rules for all Crunchwraps to follow.
A warm and melty quesadilla wrapped around seasoned beef, seasoned rice, cheese, nacho cheese sauce, reduced-fat sour cream and chipotle sauce grilled to perfection.
A warm soft flatbread layered with a three-cheese blend and warm nacho cheese sauce wrapped around a crunchy taco shell filled with seasoned beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and spicy ranch sauce.
A soft flour tortilla filled with grilled, marinated all-white-meat chicken, a melty blend of three cheeses and creamy jalapeno sauce grilled to perfection.

I went today after 11 am, dined in. The order screens were giving me issues when an employee (think the receipt said her name was Bennie) offered to help me out. They were also very attentive to making sure the dining room was clean.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell, primarily because of the way I was treated by the drive-thru employee, Mariah G.
From the very beginning of the interaction, her attitude was rude and impatient. While I was looking at the menu and deciding what I wanted to order, she made a comment asking if I needed help with the menu because I wasn’t ordering quickly enough for her. Her tone was already dismissive and unpleasant, which made the interaction uncomfortable from the start.
When I got to the window to pay, I used Apple Pay, and she snatched my phone from my hand rather than simply allowing me to hold it near the reader. After that, she told me to drive around the building. It was 10:55 PM, and there was no one else in the drive-thru or inside the restaurant. I initially questioned why I needed to drive around when there was absolutely no line, but she reopened the window and told me again to loop around the building, so I reluctantly did.
When I came back around to the window, I was confused because there was still no one else waiting. The employee then ignored the window, so I eventually went inside to find out what was going on. I saw two employees sitting down on their phones eating, which I assumed were employees on break. Mariah then asked if I was the person from the drive-thru. I said yes and respectfully asked her why she had made me drive around the building.
She explained that their drive-thru timer goes off when a customer has been sitting in the drive-thru too long and they’ll get into trouble by management. However, I had been there for less than five minutes, and she was already bringing my food to the window while we were having this conversation. Considering there was no line, no other customer waiting, and seemingly plenty of employees available, I could not understand why I was being asked to drive around the building solely for the sake of the timer.
I explained that I thought the situation was unnecessary, but I remained respectful throughout the entire interaction. I did not curse at her, raise my voice, or disrespect her. I simply asked for an explanation because I genuinely did not understand the reason for what had happened.
When I asked Mariah for her name, she completely disregarded my question, told me to “have a good night,” and walked away. I then attempted to ask the other employees for assistance, but they also ignored me.
The issue was not having to drive around the building. The issue was the unnecessary attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for me as a customer when I was simply asking a reasonable question. If there is a policy regarding drive-thru timers, that is fine, but customers should be treated respectfully and given a reasonable explanation rather than being spoken to rudely and ignored.
This entire interaction was extremely frustrating and left a very poor impression of the restaurant. I hope management addresses the way customers are being treated and ensures that employees understand that following a timer policy does not excuse being disrespectful or dismissive toward customers.

Not sure how I get there right as lunch starts and get stale fries; did I get yesterday's batch? Dude in the drive-thru doesn't care to be there. Fast food sucks these days.
