- TSTrevor StrockJul 1, 20261.0Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. I was the only person in the lobby. I was picking up an online order and I waited 20 minutes. I told them three times the name on the order and they told me it was gonna be out shortly every time. Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting, they picked up a bag from the shelf that had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes and handed to me. My food was completely cold by the time I got it and the employees were insanely rude. Mind you this is at 10 o’clock at night. They had only a couple people going through the drive-through maybe two people actually making food and four other people just standing around. If you’re looking for Taco Bell, I would suggest going next-door to the Burger King instead. Terrible customer service, no care for customers, in all a terrible terrible place to go for food. Just find the nearest Taco Bell that isn’t this location if you actually want your food to be at least a little warm when you eat it.

Beans are dry every. single. time… &never get the hot sauce i ask for. Today i went after a bad day hoping i could go home and eat something fast and relax. I go all the way home and my beans are so dry it’s uneatable. I’m pregnant so this truly disgusted me, i go back to get a remake. MY REMAKE WAS WRONG. i had 3 items and each had something missing or added to it that i specified not to add it. i’m so disappointed i ended my day like this. I just sucked it up and ate cause i didn’t want to be that person. Staff is nice but really needs to retrain .

Nothing I paid extra for was added to my order. Ordered other items without sour cream and those items were soaked in sour cream. The stickers they placed on our boxes clearly stated how these items should have been made, but I guess these guys can’t or won’t follow instructions.

We got 2 dipping taco boxes and there was literally no meat in the tacos. Just a corn tortilla. The dorito taco was just barely any meat and little cheese and no veggies. And they were turned upside down in the box completely a mess. The burrito was even worse. Nothing inside it. Called the store and the “manager” wouldn’t even give me his name or make it right. Pretty much said better luck next time. I will never buy at this location again. Such a horrible experience
