  No one tends to the front desk even though they occasionally awkwardly make eye contact with you. This location 100% prioritizes drive through and door dash before walk in customers. They’re clearly busy but why even have a walk in option if they just choose to ignore you? Food was late. Manager wouldn’t offer me a refund for my order even after waiting in excess of 25 min for the food it took forever to even order. Why would anyone choose to willingly torture themselves like that

  Went to Taco Bell and the customer service was very disappointing. When I pulled up to the window to pay, Genesis the cashier just stuck her arm out for my card without even saying hello, telling me my total, or reading back my order. How am I supposed to know I’m paying for the correct order if there’s no communication at all? A simple greeting and basic customer service would’ve made a big difference

  We did take out so overall it was ready for me to just pick up but order was right and food was hot

  The staff is usually friendly and welcoming in the daytime and some evenings/nights. It has been on several occasions that I have came here to order food at night and the male staff have been down right been rude. I have also observed them being rude and disrespectful to the young lady that works with them sometimes.

  Staple out West glad there's one close by. Service people are best in our area.....need a ata girl from bosses, and more $$.
