  A heavyset woman, who I’m not sure was an employee or the manager, had a very poor attitude and provided terrible customer service. I politely asked for a new cup so I could take my drink after realizing I had accidentally chosen the wrong one. Instead of being helpful, she treated me with disrespect and had a rude attitude the entire time. When she handed me the cup, she did so with obvious annoyance. I still said, "Thank you," but she turned back toward me as if she wanted to start an argument. It was a very unprofessional experience and left a bad impression. ****They charge me $1.50 for something that I change and they didn't put it in the box. July 4, 2026 morning

  I didnt even get the food here. I was with my family working and we stopped at kfc across the street so me and 2 others stayed in the car people the kfc didn’t give spoons my cousin went inside to get them and we were just sitting in the car waiting to leave and the Taco Bell manager and 2 workers came at because we were “blocking their drive through” even though there was nobody there and we weren’t even parked we were js waiting on spoons she was rude and used foul language and flipped us off on the phone and we did not even see her.

  Their crunchy tacos are the best tacos. They didn’t get to be nationwide best tacos for nothing.
