    We were visiting from out of town, and placed an online order of 4 footlong subs for morning pick up. When I arrived at the location, my order was ready in a bag with my name on it. I never saw the attendant or employee at the counter, collected my order and left. Eventually when I opened the package to eat with family, it was very disappointing. Breads requested toasted, but was not done. I had two veg and two meat subs, due to dietary restrictions. None of the subs were labeled as to which is which sandwich. Several toppings were missing, or mismatched among the sandwiches. As a franchise, it is very easy to maintain a good and customer satisfactory service. I hope they do better.

    I’ve tried calling multiple times to let them know that the order was placed at the wrong store. I’m currently on the train nowhere near their location. No one is answering the phone and the website is not even working. I’ve sat on the phone for multiple minutes at a time each call waiting for somebody to answer I get if somebody’s busy. But from what it sounds and looks like from the reviews and I’ve been there in person before there’s nobody in there. Very frustrating.

    Only go here because it’s close to my work but everything about this store is abhorrent. Multiple times I have come and they are out of one or more dressing. The staff is nice but inattentive usually taking at least 5 minutes to help customers. Can not recommend this place.
