    Very disappointed with my visit to this Subway. The restaurant appeared to be poorly maintained and not clean. Many of the tables had crumbs and food debris on them, the condiment and drink station was dirty, and there was trash and food particles around the dining area. It did not look like the dining room had been cleaned for quite some time. There was also only one employee working during my visit. The employee was doing their best, but it was clearly impossible for one person to prepare food, serve customers, clean tables, restock supplies, and maintain the restaurant at the same time. This seems more like a staffing issue than the fault of the employee. Management needs to provide adequate staffing and ensure the restaurant is cleaned and maintained throughout the day. Customers should not have to eat in these conditions. The attached photos show the condition of the dining area and beverage station during my visit.

    I go to this location on Thursdays, my son has a tournament accross the street and he loves subway. I didnt get the employees name but he is always such an amazing person, great attitude amd is so welcoming. Thank u for treating customers amazingly

    The food was good and the customer service was great. Yet, I still give this experience 3 stars. That’s because of what happened after I sat down to eat my food. The sole lady that was working tonight was very friendly, although maybe too friendly. Joking with other guests as she’s making their sandwich about how she hasn’t had time to sweep the floor. So much so that she can make a whole sandwich with the deli that’s thrown there. The guests didn’t seem to mind though, they were laughing it up with her. Another guest went to order his sandwich. Though this one she seemed to know, because not only did thier exchange seem personal, but she even ended up giving him a free sandwich. At least that’s what was the testimony of my guest, since after the lady was done with the sandwich, she just handed it to him. To top all this off, after asking us if everything was good as we were eating, she goes outside with this lady, which I assume is her friend, and in a few minutes plops herself on the truck of her(?) car. So while we’re finishing up eating inside; her, the lady she went outside with, and that guy who she seemed to knew, are all outside chitchatting. Mind you, the business was still open. My guest and I finish up, throw the trash , then leave. In conclusion, the food was good for me, her friendliness was refreshing, her competency in making my sandwich was good, it’s just that she was too unprofessional in the manner that I described.
