    Stopped here after a long day and needed a quick Meal. When I got here there was a small line… but Phil took the time and treated EVERY customer with patience, kindness, and was very attentive. The best experience I’ve ever had at a subway in my whole life. Also, overall made my day a whole lot better. Thanks Phil!

    My boyfriend and I came in and the guy behind the counter was by himself and working so hard! He immediately greeted us and said he would be with us shortly and we said absolutely take your time we understand how it can be when you're by yourself!! He proceeded to finish what he was doing while staying communicating being very nice and professional. Get that man some help though!! No one deserves the stress of a dinner rush alone on shift!! Thank you so much phil! We will be back!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!Uber Eats order for July 1st 2026. The sub was not as requested via the app. The driver called while picking up and they did not have any of the beverages I prefer and certainly not the Pepsi, I selected. Highly disappointed. Will never order here again.

    Phil is one amazing employees with great work ethic! Even when things are slow, he makes it an enjoyable experience! Smart, intelligent young man. Subway you all need to give this man a raise. From the looks of other reviews, I see the community agrees that Phil is a mainstay for this establishment! I hope he makes San Antonio his home for life as we love having him apart of our 210 family! Thanks for the great service Phil! The kids are still talking about how cool you were keep up the good work young man!

    The only reason I’m giving the store five stars for service is because of Phil He was the only young man working tonight for some reason they don’t schedule more than one employee at a time I ordered online and waited until I received the notification that it was ready and still waited in additional 15 minutes overall I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for one sandwich because the poor loan employee was having to handle not only all of the in restaurant customers, but all the online orders as well. He had such a positive attitude and was incredibly apologetic about it luckily Kept him from getting yelled at by any angry customers which I was so worried about You could tell he was doing his best and going as quickly as possible, but there’s only so much one person can do on their own with not only in restaurant customers but online orders as well. My suggestions would definitely be to keep Phil maybe give him an increase in pay for his incredible attitude and customer service but most of all keep minimum two employees on staff at all time and if you’re slow, then let them go home but by doing this, you’re gonna lose customers incredibly fast
