    I’ve been a fan of Subway for years, but unfortunately this location has seriously declined since the beginning of this year. The service has become consistently disappointing. I’ve visited around 10 times this year, and only once was soup available. On at least 4 occasions there was no ice, and about 6 times they were missing basic items like napkins, forks, or spoons. To make matters worse, during my most recent visit I specifically asked for my bread to be toasted, but when I started eating, the sandwich was literally cold. The female staff member spends too much time on her cellphone instead of paying attention to customers or helping with service. The bathrooms were dirty and filled with trash, and the piled-up dirty baskets and dishes in the washing area made the place look very unclean and poorly managed. Honestly, I could keep going, but I’ll stop here. I genuinely like Subway as a brand, but sadly I will not be returning to this particular location again.

    Ordered an online order I. I put the option Extra pickles, Extra jalapeno and Extra banana peppers. I even wrote on the message option please extra pickles, jalapeno and banana peppers. It told me to go at a certain time, I dia and lady was all alone with a costumer already eating on table and then she said she's just getting started on my orders. Had two footlongs. She mixed up the breads and then there was no jalapeños maybe two. The sandwiches do not look like they have anything extra. Plus the lady was on the phone the whole time!
