    This was my second time coming to eat here within the past few days; I was served by the same gentleman both times. I wanted to go at least more than once to make sure I got a better sense of the place. Atmosphere: ⭐️ Service: ⭐️⭐️ Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First, the atmosphere. As the pictures show, it was completely dead; a ghost town. While next door was booming. Both times was the store dead, but today worse. This was in the evening. I have mixed feelings about the gentleman who served me. On the one hand, he didn’t mess up my order nor was rude. On the other, he’s so unenthusiastic & listless. Sure, he didn’t charge me for a few dollars for upgrading to the meal last time. And if I thought it was just because he was being nice, I probably wouldn’t have mentioned it. But after observing his behavior again today, I think last time was just pure incompetence. He even looked high last time, though I can’t say for sure. One more thing, today when I walked in he was visibly on his phone watching a video. And while he did attend to me right away, he left one earbud in. Which is probably why he thought I wanted Chicken when I said Turkey, though I corrected him before he made the mistake. Now his cleanliness was good, changing the gloves when need be on both occasions. However, why both times there was no paper towels in the restroom?? All this being said, the food was great! I got a footlong meal both times and have no complaints with the sandwich. I really wanted to give this place 3 stars, at least. But the absentminded employee and dead atmosphere pushed me over the edge.

    Eli was AMAZING and so kind! He made my sons order so good EXACTLY how I placed it online today around 4:10. However I’m super displeased with the heavy set looking female manager that got mad at the employee for doing his job then tried to correct me on my order. I order 2 kids meals with Italian cheese herb bread for my son and the manager claimed “it’s actually supposed to be 3 inches for the kids sub and you’re not supposed to have that bread. Only mini subs are 4 inches not kids subs” The employee Eli looked awkward however I made clear “I placed my order online for two KIDS MEALS with the cheese bread” and the manager kept insisting it was wrong. Then what seemed to be the franchise owner/hispanic woman said “it’s the same thing” but the manager still tried to say no going back and forth. I had such a nice conversation with Eli thanking him for my order that got cut off by the heavy set female manager. My son’s food was amazing but I won’t be coming back to this location just because of that interaction.

    Very nice guy sandwich maker wearing a cap backwards but does a poor job making sandwiches so please avoid this subway. Sandwich was horrible and he does not know how to toast the bread with the cheese or there is something wrong with the oven. I don’t know why he put my turkey in the oven also because I don’t want my meat toasted but he did and does not know how to put proper amounts of veggies and dressing! Very disappointing that I can’t even go to a subway in my neighborhood I have to go to a competitor which is farther. Also he does not know how to give discounts or use register properly if you give him a QR code, had to pay full price for something I threw away.

    Ridiculous. After spending $25 on 2 meals, I was told I cant have a cup of water. I must pay for a bottle of water. I just wanted to take my medication on my way home. Was told buy a bottle or nothing. Last time coming here. Rude and ridiculous service

    Not welcoming staff and they don’t have enough bread to serve at 2:00 pm which is busy hours. Not recommended to go there rest of them so many subway to go.
